School History
The origin of Sacred Heart School goes back to 1905. For a long time there were two schools on Saba, one in Windwardside and the other one in The Bottom. In August 1986, the Foundation for Catholic Education Saba was founded and relocated both schools to one school in St. john’s to cater to the growing school population of Saba. The Sacred Heart School is the one and only primary school on the island. The school welcomes and respects all denominations and also provides inclusive education.
